Zachary focuses on investment sales as well as represents Tenants and Landlords acquiring complex commercial real estate assets. His local expertise covers areas such as the Port of Savannah and the Historic Landmark District.

Background & Experience

Zachary holds a decade of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in a variety of industries including institutional asset management, global manufacturing, education, and the nonprofit sector. Zachary began his career at the largest custodian bank in the world, State Street Corporation,  where he provided investment management services for institutional investors in both public and private markets. While based in both Hong Kong, and Mainland China, he consulted with one of Southeast Asia’s largest ODM plastics manufacturers.

Zachary was selected to serve in the 2017 Teach For America national service corps and spent two years working as a high school Special Education teacher in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Zachary holds a bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a Master’s in Education from Boston University. At UMass Boston, Zachary was a member of the 2016 NCAA Frozen Four hockey team and received ECAC All-Academic honors.
