Clara Fishel works with owners and occupiers of commercial real estate. She specializes in Investments, the Food and Beverage Industry, Women-Owned Businesses, and Sustainability, centering her practice around downtown Savannah’s Landmark Historic District.
Clara brings a diverse background to her work in commercial real estate including experience in sustainable development, environmental policy research, and as a small business owner/restaurateur. She holds a Bachelor of Science from University of California, Davis, earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). Clara serves on the Board of Directors for CCIM Georgia, is an Urban Land Institute (ULI) Advisory Services panelist, and acts as board president for RePurpose Savannah, a local non-profit that elevates women in the field of (de)construction, preserves the social, cultural, and economic value of historic structures, and promotes a healthier environment for all.
