Background & Experience

Michael Shaw is a native Georgian and a Georgia licensed Real Estate Agent. He attended high school at Woodward Academy and college at the University of Georgia. Prior to joining NAI Mopper|Benton, Michael spent 13 years working for Shaw & Associates in the Atlanta commercial RE market. He provided clients in depth market knowledge as well as performed financial and market analysis for competing properties creating leverage to secure below market transactions for clients. He performed demographic studies and site analysis to create the best scenario for clients looking to maximize their business opportunity.

He has been the sole representative in over 1,000,000 sq ft of office, retail and industrial transactions including international corporations such as Allstate to national, regional and local entities including Life Alert Inc., Selig Enterprises, Apogee Physicians group, System Soft Technologies, Ameritrain Inc., and the Bryant Green Law firm. In addition to Tenant and Landlord representation, Michael helped develop the officespaceatlanta website as a lead generator while also giving prospective clients the ability to search and locate available office space. Michael currently resides in Savannah, Ga with his wife and two girls ages 4 & 5.
